One step at a time, we gracefully and diligently walk each client through the process to achieve their vision.

 

Step 1. MEETING OF THE MINDS

Whether it be new construction or renovation, we begin by having the essential meeting of the minds to establish a very clear picture of what is desired by the client.

Step 2. PURCHASING REAL ESTATE & BUILDING SITE EVALUATION

Once the meeting of the minds "picture" is understood, we are able to assist our clients in finding and purchasing the ideal piece of real estate to build upon if nessesary.

Step 3. BLUE PRINTS & DESIGN

Turning Leaf Inc. also offers a design service for all homes that are less than 3,500 Square feet on the main level. For larger projects and clients that do not have an architect, we will step in and assist our clients in finding the perfect architect for the job. Our team will assist in the interior design process and welcome independent interior design firms as well. We enjoy seeing and hearing new ideas and love to collaborate with talented professionals within our community.

Step 4. READY, SET, GO!

Once the plans, financing, property and contract are concrete, we begin the building process!

Step 5. ESTABLISH PERSONALIZED CLIENT COMMUNUCATION PLAN

Our communication with every individual client is very personalized and changes with each project. At Turning Leaf, we are here to assist our clients in building their dream. We invite our homeowners to stop by the job and have as much input as they choose within their project. Questions are encouraged and our office staff is available Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm. We understand how important each project is to every client and treat all projects as if it were our own. Personally and professionally, we are driven to establish lasting relationships that remain for years to come.

STEP 6. WEEKLY MEETINGS & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Once underway, we have weekly meetings to keep our clients up-to-date with what is going on within the project; this usually happens on-site for visual purposes. During these meetings, clients will be updated as to what their next step will be in the decision making process. To assure a timely completion, we strongly encourage our clients to make material choices within the pre-established time frame. When working with out of town clients, we specifically craft how the weekly meetings can be accomplished efficiently and effectively.

COMPLETION

Following the final inspection and collecting the Certificate of Occupancy, we wrap things up by tying off any loose ends and close with a final walk through.
